Ferienhaus2 in Quergasse 11 is one of our two guesthouses in Mönchhof. It is located in the historic heart of the village close to the church. Everything you need for everyday life is reachable by foot or by bike.
The 80m2house was built in the 1950s, has been refurbished and renovated totally. It was built in the typical style of the area and you enter it through a big door that leads into the yard. From this yard you access the garden and the house itself. When the building got refurbished the traditional character and style were preserved but at the same time modern standards of comfortable living were implemented.
Our holiday home consists of a hall, two bedrooms (airconditioned), a kitchen- and living room area and a bathroom with shower and toilet. All these rooms were built according to the DIN-Norm which refers to the clearance width and non-use of steps regarding the barrier-free accessibility. The bathroom is completely barrier-free with shower, toilet and sink, additionally there is another separate toilet with sink for all other guests. The roll-under kitchen has also been adapted to make barrier-free cooking possible. For example: The sleeping rooms are climated.
Ferienhaus2 offers free wifi and three flatscreens with satellite-TV (one in each bedroom, one in the living room) and moreover a small library with a selection of crime-fiction books.
The quiet yard has a 30m2porch with a roof, so you can enjoy it with every weather. You can chill on the sofa, have breakfast at the sitting area or even enjoy a barbecue using your very own fireplace. Listening to the small fountain and just relax is what you can truly call holidays!

The prices includes 10% tax, does not include a one time cleaning fee and the local tax (1,50/person and day). The house is for max. 4 people and a baby. A cot for little childs, if ordered before, is free in all our accomodations.
